Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 800g chicken, yogurt marination
  • Ginger-garlic paste & turmeric
  • 3-4 blended tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream & garam masala

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
  2. Cook chicken in butter until tender.
  3. Prepare the tomato gravy with sautéed onions.
  4. Finish with cream and fresh cilantro.
Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • 800g boneless cubes
  • Cumin, Coriander & Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Mint chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate in marinade for 4+ hours.
  2. Thread onto skewers with small gaps.
  3. Grill at high temp until charred.
  4. Garnish with raw onion slices.
Maggi Noodles

Maggi (Noodles)

Prep: 5m Cook: 8m Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • Chopped onions & green chili
  • Minced garlic & butter
  • Lemon juice for zest

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and chili in butter.
  2. Add water and seasoning pack; boil.
  3. Add noodles and optional egg.
  4. Finish with cilantro and lime.
